- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is incomplete or missing items
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot) must be provided
Customers must request a return within 24–48 hours of receiving the product, especially for plants or perishable items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Live plants (if there is no damage or issue)
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is out of stock after payment
Refund process:
- Refunds will be issued after verification
- Processing time: 3–7 working days
- Refund methods: bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer
Delivery & Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance

- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may apply depending on the case
Exchange Policy
We offer replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
After verification, the product will be replaced. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
